How many recruitment companies promise the earth and fail to deliver? Not us! If we feel we cannot deliver on a project we will not take it on. If we believe we can save costs for the client we will do so – why? We believe in long-term client relationships where we work as almost apart of your business, not as a third party supplier.

All costs are agreed up front, before we commence work with you – this avoids any ambiguity at the end of the process. Our standard terms and conditions are available on request, and of course, we are flexible on these depending on:

How much work we actually do to fill the position
How much commitment you can give us; for example, Preferred Supplier status
Any previous/prior working relationships
