Daniel and Alison are proud to develop their business strategy from bottom up, carefully communicating objectives to all employees, and providing whatever training is needed to support them in fulfilling their goals – from residential courses to technical skills workshops. We employ a Talent Manager who is responsible for recruiting talent externally into R3 and developing the team to meet or exceed their potential.
Honest feedback is actively sought from all employees on a quarterly basis, covering everything from job role and training, to incentives and support; detailed PDPs are conducted from a behavioural and technical perspective; and there are clear paths to progression.
