The Role Regional Manager North West
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Regional Manager to join the team to develop the Anglia region.
As a Regional Manager, you will be fully responsible for the sales and brand standards within your units.
You will be responsible for multiple units across the region
You will drive profits and sales through effective management of your teams
You will be accountable for developing your existing teams, supporting your managers in developing their teams, and recruiting new people into the business where needed.
You will motivate through inspiring the teams to work to the best of their ability and stretch themselves to the next level.
The responsibility of expanding your region will be in your hands, with all elements supported by an excellent head office team.
Identification of suitable investment opportunities that provide sustainable returns for both the retailer and Company
Continual improvement in retailing standards through business advice, portfolio management, retailer development and quality reviews
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be driven by a desire to be the best at whatever they do.
You will need to be a strong commercial Area Manager, from a hospitality, retail or leisure management background.
Your communication skills will be second to none, with superb people management skills.
You will drive your own development, and you will be passionate about developing those who report into you.
To be a first class negotiator in order to achieve organic growth through agreement management and initiatives.
Your proven track record of success will be coupled by your innate ability to get the best out of your team, your units, and your region as a whole.
