Area Manager - The Job
As an Area Manager for the North West, your role will encompass all of the areas that you would expect of a position at this level. Your remit will include driving store profitability, appearance, training and development, store site acquisition and disposal, merchandising and promotions.
Area Manager - Who were looking for
Ideally youll be an existing Area Manager or at least have multi-site or satellite management experience. You will be a motivational leader, driven by seeing your results and with a clear desire for personnel growth. Ideally you will have experience of working in a fast paced retail sector.

My client is a large UK charity that has 700 throughout the country. Further expansion planned over the next 3 years has created an opportunity for an experienced Retail Area Manager to develop their operations in the North West.

*The successful candidate will manage a high number of stores in the North Wales area.
*The role of Area Manager is to motivate and inspire your Store Managers to deliver the high level of service and standards expected by the business.
*You will have a plan to drive sales through a pro-active and commercial approach to attracting new customers to the stores and encouraging repeat sales through your teams delivering fantastic service.
Area Manager - The Candidate:
*You will be an existing Area Manager and have worked within a customer focused retailer with exceptional one to one service to the customer.
*Experience of food/FMCG retailing would be ideal, however candidates with other backgrounds will also be considered.
