Area Manager - The Job

As an Area Manager for Scotland, your role will encompass all of the areas that you would expect of a position at this level. Your remit will include driving store profitability, appearance, training and development, store site acquisition and disposal, merchandising and promotions.

Area Manager - Who we're looking for

Ideally you'll be an existing Area Manager or at least have multi-site or satellite management experience. You will be a motivational leader, driven by seeing your results and with a clear desire for personnel growth. Ideally you will have experience of working in a fast paced retail sector.

Area Manager - About our Client:

For more than 40 years, our Client has been at the forefront of the fight against heart disease; funding research, education, care and much much more. They raise money for their various projects in a variety of ways; fundraising, donations, national events, corporation partners and retail shops. Set up in 1987, our Clients 'Shops' Division has grown to over 700 throughout the UK. Further expansion planned over the next 3 years has created an opportunity for an experienced Retail Area Manager to develop their operations in the Scotland.

Area Manager - What's on offer?

A basic salary of up to £33,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits is on offer for the successful candidate.
