The Job
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a fantastic ambitious and driven Store Manager, to join a Niche Luxury Beauty Brand in the Central London area. This Luxury Retailer takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, availability and people development. This is for a high profile store so its all about the service that is given and the experience the customers receive.
What youll be doing as the Store Manager:
You will have ultimate responsibility for the store, its staff, bottom line profits, service and compliance.
You will be managing a team of up to 20 people and a turnover up to £1.5 Million per year.
You will be directly responsible for all operational, stock, customer service, staff training development issues and store initiatives.
You will be fully accountable for driving sales and exceeding profit targets.
You will be developing and implementing business plans and communicating targets, objectives to your team.
What they are looking for in you as a Store Manager:
You will be a strong leader with the ability to consistently drive and improve the overall performance of the store.
You will be very commercial aware and have a positive approach to performance coaching.
You will have experience working with Luxury Fashion or Beauty products.
You will be very service led and customer focused, all about the customer and their experience in store.
You will be a results driven individual that leads by example and is a natural motivator.
A strong background in people, customer service and operations management, coupled with a truly passionate, hands on approach.
