The best thing about working for R³ is the fun, honest and motivational culture; I think that it has a very good balance of working and playing hard, whilst providing a safe environment which gets the best out of the consultants.

As well as there being a strong team ethos, there is also a lot of support given to individuals to help us achieve our own personal goals. Training is there for anyone who wants or needs it, and there is a lot of praise given when you achieve your targets, which is great for morale and motivation. Thanks to R³'s support and help I know exactly where I want to be, and the steps I need to take to get there.

The incentives R³ set are brilliant at helping us focus on the overall goals, and I believe that it's undoubtedly the best recruitment agency to work for. It's a breath of fresh air and the company as a whole feels more like a family than just a business.
