The best thing about working for R³ is the trust from both sides - a clear vision and strategy for organic growth instills a personal confidence in my future career development and prospects.

I do feel that my opinion is valued and I know my input is considered, along with all of my colleagues for that matter. I also feel supported in my role and confident that I get sound advice when I ask for it. I am very motivated to achieve, and I like the commission structure in place, although the high flyer scheme, fresh fruit and massages in the office also really appeal.

The culture is healthy, competitive and conducive to success. I like it because everyone realises that this is due to hard work, great performance and delivery...success breeds a success mentality. I have discussed career progression since I have been here and am happy that the skill gaps that have been identified will be bridged and my career aspirations will be realised.

When I chose to leave Tesco and further my career in recruitment consultancy, I had the opportunity to speak to a few recruitment companies. I had confidence that my behaviourals would allow me to be successful in any company but I had to ensure that I would be given the technical skill-set in the correct way initially. I also wanted to continue working for a company that shared my philosophy and upheld important people-values like integrity, honesty and loyalty.

I can categorically say that all my expectations have been met thus far and I am very happy with my decision to join R³ and can see myself here indefinitely. I would recommend anyone who has the desire and hunger to be successful at what they do to work for R³.
